Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Meralday pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days.
Our Return Policy
What We Accept
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Gift cards are non-refundable
What We Don't Accept
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return or Exchange
Initiate Your Return
Email us at service@meralday.fun with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached. Use the original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for US domestic returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please email service@meralday.fun to request an exchange, and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Note: If the new item costs more than your original purchase, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes things happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at service@meralday.fun within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right!
