Shipping Options
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional time may apply)
- P.O. Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping only
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (we choose the best carrier for your location)
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

- Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- International orders cannot be expedited or express shipped
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at service@meralday.fun.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building manager. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at service@meralday.fun within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
